1. Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and support via email, phone, or live chat.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2. Marketing Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Remote & In-Office)
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to create targeted advertising strategies.
• Create engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous marketing experience in e-commerce is a plus.

3. Web Developer

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain our e-commerce website.
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Implement and optimize website features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the website.

Requirements:

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

4. Warehouse Operations Associate

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
• Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse.
• Ensure that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
